For customers within the Kansas City metropolitan area, we offer same-day or next-day local delivery at no extra charge. Local delivery is included automatically with all installation orders — your materials arrive on-site ready for our team to begin work.
The local delivery zone covers Kansas City, Overland Park, Olathe, Lee's Summit, Lenexa, and surrounding communities within a 40-mile radius of downtown KC.
We stand behind every shipment. If your panels arrive damaged, dented, or with visible surface defects — document it with photos before signing for delivery and contact us within 48 hours. We'll ship replacement panels at no charge, typically within 3–5 business days.
All products come with a standard manufacturer warranty covering material defects for 1 year from the date of installation (or delivery for DIY projects). Extended warranty options are available upon request.
